The foundation of ASC's system is built around the auger tank and centrifuge power. These two components provide a platform for unmatched solids control in a sumpless environment.
Centrifuges
Advanced Solids Control uses Alfa Laval Lynx 20 and Lynx 40 centrifuges capable of processing drill rates up to 220 gpm and 440 gpm respectively. Depending on your needs, ASC has the processing capacity to handle any drill rate demands.
Auger Tank
The ASC auger tank features a chambered interior with baffles and sloped walls, which aid in the separation and accumulation of flocculated solids in the auger tank. This design allows the drilling fluid maximum retention time for solid separation. A tested and proven system delivering the best environment for centrifuges to operate at maximum efficiency, while limiting abrasive material traveling through pumps, motors and drill string.
